Terms of Service

At DNK Systems it’s all about being fair and looking after the customer. Basically here is our outline of terms of trade for you in simple words that we all can understand.  (we\Our means DNK Systems)

  • We will always honour a genuine warranty claim and if a part is defective we will replace it with exactly the same part or something better at our discretion and your approval.
  • All Machines are return to base warranty.
  • We will warrant any machine we build for 2 years.
  • We absolutely in no way take any responsibility of your data or any loss of data.  Basically do your backups.
  • If you have bought the wrong machine we will try to do everything we can to work with you to fix it. Again we do so completely at our discretion. Alteration costs will not be the sole burden of DNK Systems in such cases.
  • Please understand once you pay an invoice, you agree to the terms of trade.
  • We Support the hardware not software, if you need help on software we will do so at our discretion and take no responsibility on any outcomes of software problems.
  • We will do everything we can to deliver your machine as fast as possible, however things can happen outside of our control. Basically late deliveries can happen all delivery times are estimates and remain as such. We take no financial ownership on late deliveries.
  • Anything to do with software we take no ownership of thus are not responsible for any software on any machine. Any loss of data, programs or anything else related to software is the issue of the software vendor.
  • We will support all customers with remote connection software supplied on the machine, this is part of your support when you buy hardware. Please remember we support the Hardware and not any 3rd party software. Support operates from 9am to 4:30pm week days AEST
  • If after paying an invoice you change your mind on the purchase, you can return the machine for a refund, less restocking fee of 10%. Also the packaging must not have been opened or damaged.
  • At any time you wish to challenge or check our terms please feel free to contact the Office of fair trading. http://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/

Terms and Conditions

If your order is being shipped from us, we shall do our very best in packaging, to ensure safe delivery without damage. If it is coming directly from manufacturer or wholesaler, they will use their standard wrapping.

Transit and delivery insurance is mandatory for anything above $500.00, and is a condition of purchase from us. We may still choose to insure items less than $500, depending on type of product.

Full GST Tax Invoice will be sent with your product. We only sell to addresses within Australia which all require GST surcharge.

There are generally no pick-ups for online orders. All will be delivered to a Physical Address.

You wil receive automated emails as follows: (i) when we have received your order, (ii) when order is dispatched, and (iii) in the event of any delays or issues with your order.

Orders will only be delivered to physical addresses in Australia, and our delivery methods usually require someone to sign for the goods on receipt.

If you are paying by Paypal, our obligations are to ship only to the person and address on the Paypal account.

Orders will only be constructed or shipped once all payments have been cleared in our accounts.

Over-size orders (eg too large or weighing above 20kgs) may require specific quotation on shipping/delivery costs (from one of our delivery agents). After you place such an order, we may contact you to discuss shipping costs, if necessary.

Returns Policy

We abide by the rights you have for refunds under the Australian Consumer Law, which is available at www.accc.gov.au. Please keep any receipt, as we shall require it as proof of purchase in all considerations for returns and/or refunds.

Warranty Information

The Australian Consumer Law (details at: www.accc.gov.au ) says that a customer is entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods do not meet their specifications or fail to be of acceptable standard or quality. We are entitled to provide you with a repair, a replacement, or alternative remedy. However, our assumption is that you have fully researched the items you want to buy and it should meet your needs if the specifications are correct, before buying it.

Part of the condition for buying a product from us online is that you agree to register the product with the manufacturer if necessary (as per manufacturer’s instruction) for warranty purposes. We shall need this evidence, if there is a need to help you with any dealings with the manufacturer (which we shall do, at our discretion and depending on the manufacturer or supplier).

Our Rights

We reserve the right to cancel a sale if we have (unintentionally) made an major error in the listing. You will be given a full refund promptly (using same method as payment) in the event that we have to do this. In Most cases we will be happy to chat to the customer and agree on an action plan, if there is any dispute DNK Systems or the customer reserves the right at all times to request a full refund on these listing issues.

All information in our online store is listed with all best intentions, errors may happen time to time, if you feel like this has happened to you then please call us and we can discuss your concern.

We would appreciate if you can please advise us of any errors which you notice. We shall show our gratitude by giving you a small discount on your order. The size of the discount will be dependent on the product you purchase, as various products have different margins.

Shipping Information

 Most items will have shipping added at point of sale however some items may have to be calculated manually i.e. large items or very small items. We will email you with any change of cost updates due to shipping.
